JM Built LLC. Effective October 27, 2026.

This policy explains what personal information JM Built LLC ("JM Built", "we") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers our website (www.jmbuilt.com), our business application (app.jmbuilt.com), and the documents and messages we exchange with customers.

When you contact us through the website: your name, phone number, email address, project address, the type of work you are interested in, the project details you write, and, if you choose to tell us, how you heard about us. If you arrived through a link that identifies its source (for example, a link from our Facebook page), we record that source and the page you sent the form from.

When you apply for a job: your name, email address, phone number, the position, your years of experience, your trades, and any message you include.

When you become a customer: your contact details and project address, and the records of your project, including inspection notes and photos, drawings, estimates, selections, contracts, change orders, invoices, payments received, and our correspondence with you.

When you sign a document electronically: your signature, your name, the date and time, your IP address, and your browser and device type, kept with the signed document as a record of the signature.

When you visit the website: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running. The website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not use tracking tools from social media or advertising companies. A link's source tag is held in your browser only until you close the tab.

We do not collect payment card numbers, Social Security numbers or driver's license numbers through our website or application.

We use this information to respond to your enquiry; to estimate, plan, carry out and complete your project; to send you estimates, contracts, documents for signature, invoices, schedules and project updates; to consider your job application; to keep accurate business, tax and legal records; and to protect our systems and our customers from fraud and misuse.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

We share information only with service providers that run our systems on our behalf and are bound to protect it: Google Cloud (hosting), Supabase (database and file storage), Resend (sending email), Microsoft (company email) and Cloudflare (domain services). Subcontractors and suppliers working on your project receive only the details they need to do that work. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our legal rights.

We keep the information described above as part of our business records. If you ask us to delete your information, we will, except for records we are required by law to keep, such as signed contracts, invoices and payment records.

Information is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access inside the company is limited by job role and enforced by the database, every staff login requires two-step sign-in, and access is reviewed quarterly.

You may ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by emailing jordanmyrick@jmbuilt.com. We will respond within 30 days. Some records, such as signed contracts and payment records, must be kept for a period required by law; we will tell you if that applies.

Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
